4th Of July Cupcakes
Happy 4th Of July! We have a sweet recipe for you to create in honor of Independence day! Get your red, white, and blue on with these fun and colorful cupcakes!
Ingredients
-1 ¼ cup four
-1 ¼ tsp baking powder
-½ tsp salt
-½ cup melted unsalted butter
-¾ cup brown sugar
-2 eggs
-2 tsp vanilla extract
-½ cup buttermilk
Instructions
Step 1: Mix flour, baking powder, and salt together in separate bowl
Step 2: Blend butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla
Step 3: Slowly stir in wet mixture with dry mixture
Step 4: Divide batter into 3 separate bowls
Step 5: Dye separate batter bowls with red, and blue food coloring
Step 6: Poor layers into muffin tin creating red, white, and blue pattern
Step 7: Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, 20- 30 mins
