Ginger Peach Detox

I’d like to start my day off with a yummy detox smoothie. It’s jam packed with vitamins and nutrients, and it’s definitely a great source of energy boost. I like to rotate my veggies and fruits but ginger and lemon are absolutely my go to. The citric acid in lemons helps digestion, and a little bit of grated ginger adds extra kick in your smoothie to freshen up your morning. Let me share my favorite ginger peach detox smoothie with you :). 


- 4 slices cucumber
- 4 slices frozen peach
- 1/4 peeled orange
- 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
- Freshly minced ginger
- 1/2 fresh lemon juice
- 2/3 cup water

Step 1:  Add all the ingredients in the blender cup

Step 2:   Close the lid firmly til the green indicator lights up, double click the power button to start the blender, flip over and tilt the cup to complete the blending process

Step 3:    Ready to serve
