I think you’ve noticed the huge trend of green smoothies. Green smoothies have been my staple breakfast for over 2 years now. It started with a “beauty secret” told by a lady with flawless skin and the countless benefits green smoothies could provide. Green smoothies are high in vitamin E, vitamin C, fiber and antioxidants. It’s recommended to switch between different types of veggies and fruits just to get the benefit of a variety of nutrients. I add a bit of minced ginger for a bit of kick into my smoothie. In addition, ginger is a great anti-inflammatory ingredient!
- 1/4 cup Mango Chunks
- 1/4 cup Peach Slices
- a handful Spinach
- some fresh minced Ginger
- 2/3 cup Almond Milk
- sprinkle of Cinnamon (optional)
Step 1: Add all the ingredients in the blender cup
Step 2: Close the lid firmly til the green indicator lights up, double click the power button to start the blender, flip over and tilt the cup to complete the blending process
Step 3: Ready to serve
