Recipe for Indigestion

Let’s get real. Staying at home might mean being less active, or eating quite differently than usual. In addition, with increased stress under all the uncertainties, we might have less bathroom breaks, and more bloating. Therefore, I would love to share my little secret recipe with you all to tackle this problem. (winky emoji)


- Grated ginger
- A handful of spinach
- 1/4 cup frozen berries
- 3-4 slices of banana
- 1/4 avocado
- A dash of chia seed
- 1 cup almond milk 

Herbal Skin Care


Step 1:  Add all the ingredients in the blender cup

Step 2:   Close the lid firmly til the green indicator lights up, double click the power button to start the blender, flip over and tilt the cup to complete the blending process

Step 3:    Ready to serve
